Terms of Service

IKON Trailer MFG manufactures and sells commercial-grade trailers, trailer parts, and related equipment. We also offer rental, financing, and custom build services.

Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Pricing: All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Pricing does not include taxes, shipping, or additional fees unless stated otherwise.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by IKON Trailer MFG. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at time of order unless financing is approved. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved payment methods. Title to products passes upon full payment.

Deposits: Custom orders and rentals may require deposits. Deposit terms will be specified at time of order.

Lead Times: Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Lead times vary by product and customization.

Shipping: Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier.

Inspection: Buyer must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or defects within 48 hours.

Trailer rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement executed at time of rental. Key rental terms:

• Valid government-issued ID and security deposit required
• Renter responsible for damage, loss, or theft during rental period
• Trailers must be returned in same condition as received
• Late returns subject to additional fees
• Commercial use only for business rentals

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with website operation or other users' access
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

IKON Trailer MFG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of products or services.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Venue: Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

Arbitration: For disputes under $10,000, parties agree to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
